Monmouth County runs from the Route 9 retail spine through Freehold‘s commercial core, out to the office and retail corridors around Eatontown and Tinton Falls, and east to the busy downtowns of Red Bank and the coastal business strips. It’s also home to two of the most interesting commercial stories in the state — Bell Works in Holmdel, the ‘metroburb’ that turned a sprawling office complex into a destination, and the Fort Monmouth redevelopment, one of the largest active development sites in New Jersey. We fly all of it, and being local means we’re on-site fast, with a real feel for how each piece of the county photographs from above.

Do summer shore crowds affect flight plans?
They affect the planning, not the possibility. Part 107 limits flight over gatherings of people, so peak-season boardwalk and beach work is scheduled for hours and angles that keep the aircraft clear of crowds while still delivering the view. Early light tends to be better light anyway.
